Odoo is an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software company based in Belgium. Odoo is known for unifying complex business processes into one solution with its suite fully integrated business apps. The company is growing rapidly, with offices in the United States, Mexico, China, India, and Australia.
Express Checkout
I worked in Odoo’s Buffalo office for eleven weeks in the summer of 2023. The internship started with three weeks of technical training, and the remaining of the internship was devoted to project work. My project was to extend Odoo’s ecommerce platform, adding support for express checkout options through the payment providers Authorize.Net and Adyen. To do this, I integrated the Apple Pay and Google Pay APIs, reducing checkout friction.
